I guess you guys are used to this after all these years.
When I say I'll see you in a month or two it usually means 5 or 6.
I really should start believing you when you tell me it will be longer
 
Okay, where do I start ?
 
First things first !  I really do miss all of you and the unconditional support that you have always given me.
I'm sure that there will be loads to catch up on when I see you next. I must be honest with everyone, although music to me gets easier every year the actual industry continues to get harder.
I have recently contemplated retiring from music. You see my love for it was becoming unbearable knowing I could not get my songs to you on a regular basis, as unfortunately there is so much red tape around creativity, it almost strangulates any spontaneity in the simplest thing such as a recording process.
This being said, singing is such a big part of me I have come to realize that I can still record without the restrictions of a corporate structure. This is how I propose to continue. I will record for you an album every year that I will personally fund and make sure that it is released on exactly the same date each year.
I'm thinking maybe on my Birthdays. What do you guys think ?

In the meantime I'll be going into the studio in the next month with 10 new songs so if you guys have any ideas for a cover; any style of Rock, Soul, Blues, anything that you would really like please give me your feedback.
I'm also thinking of doing an album of covers as well, probably ballads, so let me know your favourite love songs so I can get cracking Ladies & Gents, my ultimate goal is that the MG Army have a few shows each year where we can all let our hair down.
After all these years I think it's time that both you and I decide how much music I put out and how many shows I do.
There are a few amazing things going on at the moment which I will share with you in the fullness of time.

Meanwhile, I think about all of you, way more than you know.
You're kind words on all the forums are almost as good as my mum's Sunday roast, your words are just as nourishing.
